Dude during covid1984 in San antonio cops have been giving zero tickets! I've been stopped 6 times all warnings lol.. I got locked in a convince store for not wearing a mask the guy called the cops. I told the cop I wanted a ticket. He basically refused and said he didn't even have a ticket book for not wearing mask. We both kind of laughed and I said fine man I was trying to donsome civil disobedience but screw it. He didn't believe in any of the shit but couldn't say much becduse it was being recorded
