But....it's it's Centripetal force: Antarctica would be the CENTER - not the end of it... Could it be the center of creation?

Antarctica is just land above sea level on the axis of a sphere. There is no center on the surface of a sphere. The hole is a result of solid matter not wanting to sit at the center of the axis.
Sure would be neat to know what’s inside.

Hey man, the answer doesnt have to be either or, just knowing would be an epic day! Like learning about buoyancy and density - just wanna know all the rules to the Realm!
