How about a digital raffle of all active users? You can decide if you want it to be balanced or weighted based on rating or something else. Or, to simplify things, give Timmy one million entries and everyone else one. The weighted system seems very reasonable to me. If my score is 24, I get 24 entries. Anyone with 40 would get 40 entries, and so on. It's like the NBA draft, only without the Ebonics.

It's an idea, but I'm not sure it's really fair to all. I, for instance post much more than others may like to just by the fact I'm retired spend so much time reading online. So it would be an unfair advantage over so many other great contributors to Poal.

Its a good point, I am having real trouble deciding how the best way to distribute these are. Especially since its been suggested to me IRL that we announce it on gab. Which will undoubtedly attract a few people and I want it to be fair.
