History doesn't repeat, but it does rhyme. Currently it seems to be done by sick perverts, or power hungry, for black mail, extortion, or other manipulation tactics to get more power over others. A long time ago people didn't live as long, I think getting pregnant by 14 was normal. Survival rate wasn't good back then for mother or baby. Never really noticed the father's age but I think back then within a few years of the mother, unless the guy was rich, in European culture. Muslim was probably more ok with old dude raping a 12yr old girl and forcing her to marry him. These things were hard coded into people to continue the species. It's only been the last few hundred or couple thousand years that women could wait into their 20s to be safe for the individual, and the species. I think Europeans have adapted to this need more quickly. This difference is causing conflict especially with race mixing. Forcing differing morals and nature together. Modern Self aware people should be able to make the right decisions not get teens pregnant. And not have a huge age gap. Otherwise, you belong outside of society, or dead. For the people it's nature, they've harmed maybe a few kids, and put their family through a lot. They deserve a reasonably quick death. The ones doing it for power and control sould die a slow painful death on public display. Or possibly dangerous slave Labor, closely watched
