Most ad-blockers can block Jootube ads.
They technically have no way to block loading a video link (which is part of their API) unless they are willing to force people to watch videos from their apps or website.
Thanks for doing this. It's always better to keep it in the family, as it were.
Well, one way I see to avoid this is encoding the ads in-between the video on the fly, so the ads and the video become one. But I guess not even yt have this kind of machine power.
They could definitely burn ads in when they encode video files, like plex does with subtitles.
But it would cost more in power consumption, which means less profit for them.
