We had to disable it while adding new features and cleaning up things. It made things easier.

Day mode's default palette is not yet in its final stage and will keep changing (slightly) in the coming days.

I like this day mode version over the previous one, that was way to harsh for me. The yellow/orange for the usernames is hard to read.

its an lcd on a laptop if you were curious. come to think about it tablets and iphones might have a similar issue because they might use similar screen types. it stood out for me since i've been wondering how my custom colours would look during day mode since it was disabled a while back. short version, my colour choices in day mode need some work. hot pink looks like crap on a white background, while navy blue looks great.
