I know you all know how bad ass AOU and myself can be when we need to be and we handled it like a boss(They did not make it easy). Took a minute but we have everything up and running again, things might be a bit slower than usual while we transition to a new hosting provider. So bear with us the next few days and then things will be back and better than ever. We might even have a few surprises in store along the way who knows.

Sincerely pmyb2 & AOU

Was the former host incompetent or were they unwilling to provide services to us? Or are you able to tell?

I don't honestly know, I know I'm payed up on my march invoice and they nuked my VPS last night then asked me this morning if my service was any better after the restart. I'm not sure how nuking the VPS without sending me the root password for the new one is helpful.

Malicious compliance to dump a client is not a bad strategy from an unwilling host's perspective. Less likely to face blowback. Then again it could just have been a mistake.

I didn't ask for a reboot. I also didn't ask for their client area to start throwing cloudflare 504s months ago when you try to submit a ticket. However thats a thing that happened and went on for months. Good thing I've been shopping.
