I don't know if I didn't express that clearly. Look, I get it. Personal attachments in the online world are valid and important in our lives. My comment was that maybe you should move on.
I had a relationship with Owly for years, before Poal, on Voat, we were owners of Paddys for a long time. I respect his contributions in a variety of interests and his non-conflicting comments were important. I realize he may have been a confident and offered some prescient advice that were meaningful to you. But it may be time to let him pass in respect.
Even Baby Bird has come back once in his memory, but you can't seem to move on. Your continued recognition is starting to be a little obsessive and it doesn't seem to be healthy.
I fully expect this won't be received well, but that's what I think. Sorry if I caused you displeasure.
Ah I understand. No you are probably right. I do tend to get attached to things.
It's cool, I have connections I would value as well. We need to value the friends we make, we just don't all have the exposure you have. I'm glad you you had the friendship you had. Your life was made better and that is good.
I do want to thank you for all the time and effort you have given to making the world a better place.
So screw the internuts, go spend time with the wife and daughters and celebrate the new year. The crazy will, unfortunately, be here when you get back.
I appreciate you saying that. I do have a tendency to have a hard time letting go of things I care about. I’m not sure if that is good or bad it’s probably one of those double edged sword kind of things.
Well I did midnight with my kids at 9pm but it was so totallly midnight and they stayed up way past their bed time. Once they learn to tell time I’m so screwed. So me and the are sitting reading things off poal on my office couch and just talking waiting for the second midnight.
I appreciate you being here I’ve heard a lot of songs I probably would not have if it weren’t for you.
