We can thank our wonderful @AOU for putting in the time to make it all I did was upload and enable. So thanks again guys I'll be continuing to tweak the site this evening to try and change any lingering orange to our new cool blue.

Something that would improve the CSS IMO (nightmode) would be turn all the links white until clicked, then blue once clicked. Looking at Voat and Phucks they both have it setup that way and it is a little less glaring.

Also disabling the link color once clicked for usernames, subs, comment (permalink, reply, source) would give the site a little more uniform look.

I may whip it up this weekend, but I don't know much about CSS, so got a little learning to do. Been deploying some new software on my homelab, so a little pre-occupied at the moment.

We've tried and you were right, it looks much better on mobile.

We decided to make it the default css.

Thanks!

Glad to hear I was of help!

I would just keep working on it, stealing off phucks and voat till it feels right ya know.

It is definitely looking better, heading in the right direction for sure.

Next suggestion I have would be to darken the white text a little. That way it isn't too blaring in contrast vs the dark background.

I'll keep the suggestions coming as the site comes to fruition.

Keep up the good work @AOE @PM_ME_YOUR_BOOBS2 !

EDIT: Maybe the white is just on comment threads where it is all white vs the homepage which look better imo. Maybe break it up a bit, not for sure how, just throwing out ideas.

Well will discuss the idea tomorrow. Thanks for the extra suggestion.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm gonna try it on the test system.
