Without the government, these riots would have been shut down in a second. A crowd breaks down your window, dump gasoline on the crowd and light. Even just a simple AR would have worked. These people are so afraid of guns you shoot five of them coming through a window and the whole crowd will run the other way. When blacks say they are afraid of white people they aren't lying to gain sympathy. Fear is a hyper sensitive emotion for them. They experience more fear than they admit to. They will respond to a gun, or any serious threat. The government has simply removed all threats in our society and turned the world into a padding room. They thrive in that environment because there is no habition for them besides fear. But also yes to local militia. But also stores can hire people to stay the night with guns. Think about how much they stand to lose. Hiring 4 people at $400 each to spend the night sucks, but stores would do it, and I would gladly take the job. Four people with an insane amount of ammo in a store will shut a riot down quickly. And so we see that there is redundancy in solutions for how to solve this problem without government, when government gives us exactly zero solutions.
