Fucking nonsense. If you create a power vacuum people will fill it. Humans will always arrange themselves in a hierarchy. Always.
If you take a bunch of northern europeans you might get a reasonably peaceful and orderly new regime compared to what we have now. But a new regime would inevitably be established. Humans have to cooperate and live interdependently as a society to share resources and trade. Anytime that happens you need rules. Societies are built on rules that govern our interactions.

True anarchy isn't a total lack of government, it's a lack of permanent government. People organize for specific goals, then when the goal is achieved the organization is disbanded. Like kids getting together to play baseball.

Anarcho-capitalism isn't afraid of hierarchy. People establish relationship with their own rules. But there are a few remaining general rules of society. You don't force me into a relationship with you. You don't touch my stuff. You don't touch me if I haven't touched you or done one of the other two. If you do, everyone agrees its time to fuck your shit up, and everyone agrees to not view me negatively for me to take whatever scale of action is needed to make sure you don't do it again.
