True anarchy isn't a total lack of government, it's a lack of permanent government. People organize for specific goals, then when the goal is achieved the organization is disbanded. Like kids getting together to play baseball.

Anarchy works well enough for organization a pot lock or pool party, but it's obviously an inferior form of government as you are trying to point out.

I just think you are being naive about human nature. We had a relatively laissez faire arrangement initially but Lincoln and a pack of reformists fucked that within 70 years.
