First, reddit is a controlled platform. The CEO of reddit was literally caught personally modifying people's comments. Nothing you see there should be considered organic, or an indication of public opinion. Second, the vast majority of redditors are sheep. Anyone with a modicum of intelligence has left for greener pastures. The second reddit admins decide to push a different agenda their sheep will echo the new narrative.
