I wonder if you could preheat the dogs and then put them in the cooler. The thermal mass of the dogs will keep them warm almost forever. They wouldn't be grilled but you could sell them fast.

That should work. costco has like a water-filled steamer that cooks and maintains them. They can churn out hot dogs in 15 seconds.
