Same here. Half the time my first thought is something like, "I would've taken that job 25 years ago when I first got into this field..."

Some of them actually pay about the same or less than the job I had in 1995. That’s crazy.

For me it's more like I'm getting emails about jobs that I did when I first started. Not so much that I'm being approached for current roles at low pay.
