I am actually having a hard time hiring myself right now so I do understand the frustration and the laziness but the article doesn't recognize that there is any difference between one job and another. Starting from the opening line.

Truth. Just because the number of available workers is higher than the number of available job, it doesn't mean those workers can do those jobs.

For me it's more like I'm getting emails about jobs that I did when I first started. Not so much that I'm being approached for current roles at low pay.
