He's pontificating about the debauchery going on in the world. Most people have no clue and are scared of the wrong enemy. He thinks the evil won't accomplish their goal of total control. The sad part, for me, is we don't know the true goal but humanity is so easy to slaughter. Worse is it's not that hard to stop what's going on yet people wait to be saved at the last minute as they willingly walk over the cliff.
