I've been going to this show for several years - last year was kind of eh and smaller than normal. Going to see how this year is, may put this on "if I have time" instead of "a must attend" event.
Every time i see reference to HAM or HAM Planet HAM Fest, or something like that, i think of a buffet line at Shoneys

My initial reaction to this was a from the word "ham" and I was sorta happy. Ham is fucking tasty! Then, I saw "radio" and read that as "government interference".
I like GMRS, but fuck the licensing. Communication doesn't need to be licensed. Niggers and jews need licenses.
