Wouldn't that be an entrance fee? Or is the donation optional?

I will say, the vendor fee is very reasonable.

I have a question for you: I'm going to buy an FT-450. How can I power that from 120 volts when I want to use it in the house? I understand that draws about 20 amps when transmitting.

Yeah that sucker is like 304W of power max transmit.

You'll need a bench supply that can output 13.8V @ at least 22A, I'd go 30A for overhead.

Yeah, but since the club is non-profit it's usually called a donation. Calling it an entrance fee can cause other issues with the venue and taxes n all that jew shit.

It's a fine line.
