Personally, my consumption has dropped some but I don't drink out anymore. Having a beer with a steak is awesome but now the cops hang outside restaurants to beef up their DUI quotas.

American beer is historically shit, the craft beer culture here produces nothing but over-hopped IPAs, and decent import beer (German) is getting impossible to find with any consistency.
