Hurt my back recently, and have been taking ibuprofen, so i’m avoiding drinking as much as i used to. I used to pop tums all day long, maybe 10-15 tums/day, but that has largely gone away. Also, a lot less phlegmy.

I wasn’t drinking “a lot” before, maybe 8-10 drinks over a week. now i only have a couple modelos on pub quiz night once a week. I’ve had only maybe 2-3 tums in the last month.

I know someone who was to the point of testing for Crohn’s, suffered years of daily pain and diarrhea, he quit drinking and 99% of his gut problems went away.
