I am sure it has nothing to do with diversity hired pilots and controllers. Caused by climate change I am almost certain.

Mid-air collisions will slow climate change, and that's a good thing!

The ATC system is so old they don't have people to service it. Not enough operators. Flight times compromised by delays/ cancellations & weather.. loss of profit. Other factors surely.

Can we go back to higher standards? I don't recall at all ever having to worry about a plane crashing into the building I'm currently in when everything had higher standards...
