That's definitely plausible, but it's more likely their cattle economy is nearing collapse after last years drought and I wouldn't be surprised if some Angolans are desperately hoping this will help them sustain it. Thing is, their other agriculture fields haven't recovered either, and its very likely the Kung Flu will impact cattle feed production and export prices. So, I'm just curious how they plan to feed them.
