Webkit and Chromium don't say it is revoked.
IIRC Torbrowser is based on Firefox, which seems to be the exact browser causing the issue with OP.

My favorite theories are:
- Firefox checks some outdated certificates on a CDN, while Chromium always checks the source
- Chromium doesn't properly check for revoked certificates
