Well, having lived here for over two decades, I can detect - instantly - the critical flaw in this argument.

There's no plan. There's just a literally infinite continuum of idiocy.

(Can you tell we've had the power outages again? Because we've had the power outages again. Probably the coal got rained on again. If only humans could develop some sort of way to keep water from falling from the sky onto things that we'd rather not get water on them. Maybe some kind of covering. Like... some kind of physical barrier that could prevent the water getting to the coal, or something.)

At least, an upside: The government is so hilariously incompetent one can reasonably ignore its existence most days.

Yes. There is never a plan only distraction (who beats their wife) and lip service (appoint a minister to set up a commission to oversee a task team to discuss the way forward and formulate a strategy to look into the root cause..........fucking blah blah)
