This saying struck me as child, it seemed strange, I went home again every day after school, didn't I?

The saying kept coming up, and I kept considering it and came to understand it intimately decades ago. I consider it when making life decisions. It is wisdom and sage advice...

But I've experienced many people recklessly disregarding the wisdom, didn't even understand or ever even consider its meaning... and they leave their loved relationship for something else... then, I guess regret-filled, they try to return to that prior home, relationship and love. But those things they remember are gone... all were alive and sustained by that person that left... they all changed when they left.

That Pearlythings girl on youtube said that in breakups/divorce, women are the initiators 80%-90% of the time. And they are the ones I have seen who don't seem to consider/understand this wisdom.

An example that can be extrapolated out to many facets of a relationship: Part of a home may be pets, the one who leaves maybe was in charge of taking care of the cats, that's a whole thing to do and maintain which needs done at a home... "You've changed" "Well, someone had to feed the cats."

Amen. I've been thinking l a bit too much about this very thing. Women, especially live in a state of perpetual fantasy where life should take a particular direction. They talk about illusions as reality. When you try to inject a little reality here and there, they get cognitive dissonance on you. They transfer their illusions to you in the form of frustrations when you don't enable their illusions. If it gets bad enough, they leave you searching for someone who will enable their illusions.

Politicians are exactly this: they are professional illusionists. They enable as many illusions as they can. Everything is possible, we can achieve nirvana if only you elect me. It doesn't matter that they lie because that's what they want: lies.
