Such things are generally officiated by a$$holes with nothing better to do with their lives than to ruin other people's days. And you were dumb enough to pay them for the privilege! If you like that kind of thing, okay ... but if ya want the freedom to do what you wish on your property, the local government probably already has it's own set on BS laws, why buy into more.

Yeah not gonna ever go to one of those things. I’ll also encourage others not too, I haven’t even been here and year and my “block captain” already hates me, well too bad dude, I get it your retired and bored, I’d suggest getting a hobby instead of trying to look in my windows all the time.
