We have significantly downsized through the china virus impact last year and now there seems to be to much to do. I am grateful to be working but really don't know how to handle the amount of work that is being requested of me short of working 70 or more hours a week. I just ad a meeting with one of my bosses and they now want me to pick up yet more tasks, this time are out of my skill set.

I maybe I am just whining but I am like... I don't even know what to do. Its like when everything is a priority--nothing is a priority--but the demands still come.

Keep your mind in the present moment. Do one thing at a time. If they bitch, tell them you are one man with only two hands. Not your job to do everything. They can only expect so much from one person. That problem is not yours to fix. Stressing the hell out about shit like that will have a detrimental effect on your health. I know from direct experience. Practice mindfulness and live in the moment. Be aware of your breathing and pay attention to the tension in your body that you do without even realizing it. With this practice, you can get through an entire work day and feel like you haven't done a damn thing. A LOT of energy is burned when your breathing is shallow and body is tensed up. Mindfulness and perspective is the thing. Those people are stressed out. You don't have to be. That is most definitely a choice.
