Could only stand a couple of minutes of that whiney bitch. There are plenty of homeless shelters and outreach programs. But alot of homeless won't go to them, because they are not allowed to drink or do drugs there, and are required to act civilized. There are more homeless living on the streets because most of the govt funded mental institutions have been shut down. And so many 'do-gooders' feed and enable them. Where do the homeless shit and piss? Why are they allowed to leave their rubbish where it falls? If non-homeless people did that they would be fined for littering. When was the last time any of the charities the collect donations and grants for the homeless been audited to see where the money ends up? I recently saw the City of Los Angeles got 1500 travel trailers from the State that they say cost $40K each that they set up in some arena parking lot to house the homeless, but only a third are occupied. Why? Years ago I had a conversation with some college students who's view was that if people choose to live like that on the streets, that's their choice and we shouldn't demean them for their life-choice.
