This story is bullshit. Apparently there already is a Patriot Party that Trump doesn't want to be connected to it. His people are concerned this 'party' may fund raise off of his name so he told the FCC he wasn't associated. I read this on Bloomberg. I didn't save the link because it turned into a pay wall. Google it.
