I think they were mostly positive. The takeaway for many people seemed to be that authoritarian lockdowns, and Governor Whitmer, are bad. The protests also did not cause harm to anyone else (which would have turned the public against them) and were not risky for the participants.

The only downsides were people who got out of their cars and gathered in crowds without masks, the potential for blocked emergency vehicles (which may have been overblown), and people giving interviews to news media who didn't have the right talking points.

I don't think that vehicles have the right to protest.

My father is a tank, okay. He was a good tank, raised a good turret, and doesn't deserve any of his rights being taken away.
