Always pan fried when it comes to fish. Garlic butter chives salt pepper garlic and lemon. Lemon really makes it pop.

Squeezed lemon at the end when done. :P

Fragrant rice on side.

I squeeze on the lemon about 1 minute before cooking is done, I haven't mastered doing a rice side. I will though.
