Do you love hockey?

How often do you see moose?

Are you ready to apologize for Justin Bieber?

[–] 2 pts

Hockey is pretty great.

I've only ever see moose a handful of times in my life, although often they are in the news causing mayhem.

Bieber is America's problem now!

Why are you sorry all the time?

[–] 1 pt

We seem polite but we're just biding our time. Someday you'll all be the ones who are sorry

Do you like having a pussy for a national leader?

[–] 1 pt

No, he's terribly embarrassing.

You know how the US felt under Obama.

Have you ever been to New Brunswick? My Great-Grandmother is from there. She lived on farm that was right next to the U.S. border going into Maine

I've been there -- it's a beautiful province. The Atlantic coast is beautiful -- both the Canadian Atlantic provinces and the US states (especially in the northeast)

I don't know how true this is but my Great-Grandmother said around their and further up north there's people who really beat the shit out of each other to where ears get torn off and what not

My world is shattered, although my family made it into the US via Cananada, some even stayed, supposedly the surname stuck around and is moderately known. What’s a good Canadian whiskey? Had plenty of the cheap shit, figured there was some decent I don’t know about.

Crown Royale Northern Harvest was hot shit for a while. It won whiskey of the year last year or the year before. It's pretty good!

Awesome, i’ll have to look into it, thanks!

Best province?

Alberta. They call it the Texas of Canada. Low taxes, lots of freedom, most conservative province.

Their current premier (canuck equivalent of governor) is a disgrace, but she'll be voted out of office soon enough.

Meanwhile I'm in Onterrible, the province with the highest subnational debt in the world

Neat. What's the general attitude of Federalism? I.e. Is there a "provinces' rights" debate?

[–] 0 pt

There's a bit of that but not as much as in the US. There's been a lot of pushback from some provinces as Trudeau's trying to force each province to have their own carbon tax
