I tried, but since the uploader has locked downloading and I can only see it because I follow him, I didn't find a way. All the downloaders gave the same error, paraphrasing: Account has limited who can view its posts. I've now asked him if he could activate download.

Also no luck with reverse image search, btw. Start embed embed Final scene embed

Screen recording might be an option.
