5 years ago I posted this lyric and @Theodore_Kent asked what it would sound like if I were to sing it. This one is closest to the way it came to me. I used Suno music AI, fucking LLM shit, to make a few different versions of this and other lyrics. It's not a bad tool, it's just not very manageable. I couldn't get it to repeat a song if I handed it back it's analysis of it's own work as a prompt. Frustrating at times, but a fun little project.

Perhaps you should just hum it.

But hum it like you really mean it, even if it is awful, even if there is no redemption beyond just humming a simple tune.

Your point is well taken. I never took the time to learn to play and don't sing well, but I'm making karaoke versions of my songs to take public. It's not really the same kind of performance, but it will be my voice at least.
