It’s surprising that people smart enough to implement something like this were not also smart enough to realize this would happen.

It also shows how useless IT / security departments are. This should have set off alarm bells for the IT pajeets at Meta and yet this was allowed to go live while they were busy lording over employee access and checking off boxes for their next ISO certification audit.
