Were those fucking morons spending $100/mill per year on jeets for customer service? What the fuck man? Someone was lining their pockets for sure.

Though, I think it is probably (usually) a lot easier to "talk to" a bot than a jeet and if it takes a single job away from a jeet then I am for it, even if it takes me a extra 10 minutes on a stupid fucking support call.

From the post:

>Salesforce Inc. said it’s saving about $100 million a year by using artificial intelligence tools in the software company’s customer service operations. The company is working to sell AI features that can handle work such as customer service or early-stage sales. To illustrate the value of the Agentforce product to business clients, Salesforce has been vocal about its own use of the technology. Chief Executive Officer Marc Benioff announced the statistic on Salesforce’s savings during a speech Tuesday at the annual Dreamforce conference in San Francisco. The company said more than 12,000 customers are using Agentforce. For example, Reddit Inc. was able to cut customer support resolution time by 84%, Salesforce said.

Too bad their pajeet programmers cost them $500 million a year in bugs, feature failures and security breaches.

Yeah, when the security and data leak's are taken into account (they will start this year). That is going to easily be a -$400 million easily.

Sadly I have worked for and with Salesforce products for a while. (I was actually with this God-forsaken company for 2 years.)

I can say with certainty and inside knowledge that everything anyone in this company says is 100% pure bullshit.

I can't even count high enough to catalog all the lies I was told directly by the denizens of this shitty company during the 2 years I was actually with them.

And their products? Mostly vaporware and bullshit - just like the rest of it.

To anyone who said pajeets ... yep. You are 100% on the money. And past that it's all a grift. Benioff is a shuckster of the highest grade.

The odd thing I see all over the tech industry is that there are so many better solutions for what Salesforce purportedly provides, and yet most companies opt to go in to the Salesforce bog. And then they get you. The latest I saw?

Salesforce gamifies how they charge you for "services". I saw this crap (buying packages of points and then the points are used but you can't really track how many are used and when and nobody has any real answers on it) and I raised the red flag to the company I'm working with. I told them it was gamified and explained the trap. Their answer was "well we already bought it." Ugh. And sure enough the big bosses turned to me 6 months later and said "Oh shit we used all our credits. This Salesforce thing is too expensive. What can we do?" And so I was actually able to keep them from having to upheave millions of dollars of CRM and provide a seriously de-gamified solution for them.

Salesforce should be formally charged with selling false services and promises. Even a surface level look at their sales practices would reveal the massive outright lies and bullshit.

I hope they burn to the ground and every Salesforce employee dies miserably.

Everything about this sounds exactly like what I have seen in every single org that I have seen SalesFkx. Never mind the massive hack against them that has leaked a shit load of data from probably hundreds of major orgs just in the last couple of months....

I can never say enough how much I hate Salesforce.

Yeah, I relate.. That company is fucking garbage as well as their products and "engineers". Trash all around.

This surprises who, exactly?
