This feels like it’s centered around pajeets.

There are legitimate companies who are tired of bringing pajeets into interviews only to find out their resume is fake and they’re incompetent. The companies are afraid to be racist and reject all Indian names, so they’re trying to automate screening the fire hose of pajeets who apply to everything.

Then there are companies who are advertising positions and pretending to interview Americans so they can qualify to bring in pajeets through the H1B program.
