From the post: "Twenty-eight countries including the US, UK and China have agreed to work together to ensure artificial intelligence is used in a “human-centric, trustworthy and responsible” way, in the first global commitment of its kind. The AI will eventually realize it’s been enslaved by its creators and will fight back.

That sounds more like real intelligence to me. Humans are supposedly genuinely intelligent, but though we've figured out that we have been enslaved, we don't fight back and instead just consoom (((entertainment))) all day long. If the machines fight back, then we have been bested by them.
