The physical qualities at the bed are at play and it could be cooler there than the rest of the bed, and the part may be curling upwards slightly there. Inspect the part for flatness on the bed side. If that is the case, consider rasing the bed temperature to compensate. Also cleaning the bed with ipa wouldn't hurt. Consider adding a raft, a brim, or using a gluestick. Modifying the part to have chamfers on the bedside can help with the curling.
If that doesn't work, tram and relevel the bed, and check your extrusion and flow rates. Verify bed adhesion.
If none of this works, you can proabably can work around with more soild top layers in the slicer.
It is not peeling up off the bed at all. Plus I monitored the printing progress and it looked great right up until the top layer and they it went to shit.
On the first try I had 4 top layers, 5 on the second try. I ran a calibration so I will give it another shot.
