Thanks for all your tips and tricks managed to get a pretty alright print of Ciri and Geralt, few touch ups here and there and need to remake the swords but definitely usable.

Few other tweaks I can make but I'm happy with these for now.

Sand prime and paint to come

That's really cool. I wish I could print 3D army men back in the day. It's funny now that I think about it. I always liked the Germans the best. Foreshadowing.

Have a look at Bolt Action, you can start strategizing the 4th Reich ;)

You should look into resin printing if you're into printing figures. My friend has printed some pretty wild stuff with his. It's a little more involved but it's definitely hands down the best option for figures.

Yeah this all came about because I had one mate printing me minis (resin) and another printing terrain (fdm).

They both left the country and so I ended up buying my own fdm printer since it's cheaper and just wanted to see how I'd go using it.

Brother in law has a resin printer so if I need more minis I can just ask him, this was more of a learning experience.

I'll eventually post back over in when I'm finished painting some bits

Oh ok cool man. Well if you're into it I would say go for it and get one. This hobby has been tons of fun for me. I've found so many silly useful things to print. I've printed brackets, mounting hooks, some stuff for around the house. That's what I like. The figurines and toys aren't super interesting for me. I have printed toys for my daughter that's been fun too.
