I don't know that the sword strength is real important unless kids are going to play with it. You could make it with a stronger material though like PETG or something to make it stronger. You could also increase your wall loops and infill to make it stronger.

Meaning if I have to remove the support I didn't want the sword snapping off, which it did anyway..

I got a new print on the go now so we shall see. Thanks for the advice!

Oh,, I see what your saying,,, I didn't consider that. Let me know how it goes. If you keep having problems send me your 3mf so I can play with it. I'm sure there is some file storage place you can put it that I can retrieve it.
