It prints in 6 separate pieces. I made it all out of PLA except the "Spring" and the little thin curved piece with the notch in it. I made those out of PETG because it is stronger. It goes together remarkably easy, you just drop it all in there and pull the blade out and it works!!
I had to use a real small flat bastard file to open up the hole a bit where the blade comes out because it was too tight.
One final note, I notice that if I push on the top of the button when opening it you kinda push it down and it does not work so great, I put my thumb on the very bottom of the button and it works nearly every single time. If it doesn't work you just pull the blade out into the locking position and it works again.
