It is a Monoprice Maker Select V2, #113860 which is loosely based on a Prusa i3 in all metal.

Plugged it in and all axes move and bed and head heat up. Cleaned it up and will mess with it later today.

There is also Free Geek, a charity that refurbishes old computers and sells them for cheap. I doubt they'd have any printers and most of the macs go immediately to the Apple geeks working there but it's a good place to get stuff if there's one in your city.
