I print nylon almost exclusively. Once you get good at printing it, you won't want to print anything else... except for polycarbonate, but that shit is temperamental as fuck!!!
- Get an all metal hotend.
- Titanium throat if you can find one.
- Hardened steel volcano nozzle (whatever size you like).
- Stacked Maxiwatt cylindrical heater core.
- Add a remote double geared direct drive extrusion system for perfect feeding (does not add too much inertial weight).
- Build an enclosure for the printer with a temperature controlled heater.
Do all of this, and you've reached advanced level.
