World Reserve Currency is like the one ring of power. It's designed to destroy whatever country wields it.

We can therefore say, whatever nation or organization is ultimately in common between all nations that had help gaining world reserve status--is most likely the group that controls the world today.

Any time a nation threatens to become too powerful or wealthy to control, it is given exactly enough rope to hang itself: world reserve currency status or equivalent.
