Just whatever one you feel most comfortable with. We never know from day to day which memes, videos, original edits, or high effort info posts will go "viral" or help plant a seed of truth. Whichever you choose, it helps to build a small group of people you trust and have a symbiotic relationship with, meaning you share their info and they share yours.

Personally, I use Telegram BC of speed of the flow of information and its one of the places where censorship is rare w/ out a valid reason. If you choose Telegram, let me know, and I can shoot a single post w/ 100 based channels in it.
