you could start by working backwards, what do they like the least, and want to stop the most? What has worked in the past? If the tables were turned, what would they do to you, and what would you be afraid of? Can you visualize their power slipping away, what would that look like? How would it start? What are their sacred cows and how does their foundation get eroded.. there's like a million actions you could take. Some require a lot of people, some better left to individuals. Think we need everyone's best efforts
