Well, I think everyone wants to be aggressive regardless of what your "values" are.
But today, fights are won by influence. It's hard to be the pre-emptive instigator of aggression and to win influence.
The "cucked" strategy is to wait for someone else to move and then counter-strike with 10 times the aggression but you get to use excessive violence because it's an act of defense. This way, you win influence because people believe you're doing it on their behalf rather then as an instance of your own self aggrendization. Classic kikery manifesting itself in every aspect of our civilization until it's untenable.
