If it's stated to be 25% have 'significant' jew DNA then it's easy to follow that the vast majority have some large amount of jewish DNA. That's not my original source I was mentioning in my other reply. But... yeah.

A lot of them are. I read somewhere that jews that were expelled from Spain were allowed to take the name of the cities that they lived, such as "madrid" or "saville". Lots of Irish have jew dna as well.
